All of our programs are tailored toward functional movements. Functional training, when applied correctly, has a huge impact on the body’s ability to increase motor patterns. The endless variety of movements and high intensity that our trainers provide ensures that an athlete’s body will be able to move in all six degrees of freedom with ease, allowing them to perform simple and complex movements more efficiently.

Our sports-specific workouts allow athletes to master aspects of fitness in a safe environment with qualified strength and conditioning coaching staff. Training with a focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and mobility ensures athletes get the most out of our functional training programming.

Our coaches construct progressive training routines in a team environment. The goal is to have athletes move through workouts that will directly translate into higher performance during gameplay.
