It’s game time…are you ready? Our specialty Bootcamp is a mix of strength training, Functional training, Corrective conditioning, muscle endurance training, High-intensity cardiovascular training and conditioning, and core conditioning. This program works to help you improve balance, stability, coordination, and flexibility and is designed to push you to the max while focusing on having FUN!

District Elite instructors are well versed in the field of exercise and health and dealing with injuries and can modify the daily program to suit the needs of any member doing the class. Instructors provide feedback during and after class to make sure members are doing exercises properly. We provide a safe and fun environment to train in.
