Yves is a certified Naturopath and Somatotherapist. He was also the first in Canada to become a Level 4 C.H.E.K practitioner, and is a Level 2 C.H.E.K holistic life coach and a certified therapeutic lifestyle coach. He is certified in Functional diagnostic nutrition (FDN), Level 2 Biosignature, PNCP Level 3, Active Release Technique (ART) and studied Osteopathy for 5 years. Yves’ specialty is performance optimization and long term development by combining art and training, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle. He has always been at the cutting edge in his industry, having studied many complimentary disciplines. He was the training coach for the National speed skating team, who went on to win 6 medals at the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. He was a consultant for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He also worked with the Shawinigan Cataractes by planning their training and nutrition schedules off season, helping them to win the World Cup in 2012. He’s worked with a variety of Olympians and professional athletes in over 15 different sports and is one of the rare coaches that has worked with hockey players of all levels.
